Wednesday Reveal – January GlamBag

I feel like my blog has become sub-box central but I am obsessed and I don’t know why I didn’t jump on this bandwagon sooner!I was pretty impressed with my December ipsy but I think January beat it. The theme this month is metropolis, I appreciate that ipsy chose to deviate from the ‘New Year, New Me’ overtone that most of my boxes have had so far. I am loving the metallic blue and silver bag, I will actually use this one. Here is a peek and some first impressions on the products that I received. Enjoy!

SLMissGlam Beauty Blend Brush – I know that brushes might not be for everyone but I am all about free brushes! This is a super fluffy, purply-pink blending brush that is just too pretty and I cannot wait to use!

Ciate London Geology Top Coat – This is a clear top coat that claims to impart the same aesthetic as a gel polish. Very interesting, even though mine are acrylic it is handy to have a top coat on hand to seal up any peeling. I actually used it tonight on a corner that was chipping, I am overdue for a fill!

Trust Fund Beauty Lipgasm in Blame Game – I like this colour, I thought that it would be too dark but it just imparts a sheer wash of mauve. I like the teenie wand too, easier to control the application.

H2O Beauty Oasis Ultra Hydrating Cream – I don’t know what I think of this gel moisturizer yet. It is very scented and it is blue, I have not done any research to determine if this is natural or not. It smells good but scented creams tend to irritate my face 😦

Naked Cosmetics Pigment in Desert Sunset – This is really pretty and really sparkly and it can be worn is a lip topper, eye-shadow, body/face highlighter and probably on any place else that you want to glitter!

Overall, another fabulous bag and I can definitely use everything! What did you get in your bag?

Thanks for stopping by ❤
