What I’m Watching

I’m on makeup overload (that’s a thing…), I have to get my stash organized and I don’t even know where to start. I thought I would shake it up today, I read a ton and I watch a lot of shows/movies/documentaries – here are a few of my current favs:

The Robert Durst saga/tragedy has captivated the states for decades, I just finished binge watching The Jinx. It was written in part by Andrew Jarecki who directed All Good Things a movie based on the notorious Durst. I couldn’t stop watching it, I wonder if the fate of the women will ever be determined. Watch it, seriously.

The Fall with the gorgeous Gillian Anderson and the super creepy Jamie Dorman. Anderson is a detective for the London Metropolitan Police on the search for Dorman, a serial killer in Northern Ireland. Season 3 taok for-ever to come out and I had to rewatch the first 2 seasons but it was worth it. Psychological thriller at its best played out by a superb cast.

Christopher Eccleston is my favourite doctor, call me crazy 😀 Who doesn’t love Dr. Who?

No lie, I almost did not make it through the first episode of The Knick it was so bizarre and there was a lot of blood, fair warning if you are squeamish. But, Steven Soderbergh is a genius and Clive Owen is gorgeous so I stuck it out 😛 This is a pre-antibiotics medical drama that chronicles the daily drudgery of New York’s Knickerbocker Hospital.

Finally, I turned The Crown on randomly and I am hooked. The cast, costumes and the drama – I love the salacious royal family.

That’s my current watch list – all worth the check out if you are looking for a new show!

Thanks for stopping by ❤
