Product of the Week – Hempz Body Lotion

My phone keeps telling me that the storage is nearly full but it won’t let me delete any old text messages or other data that I don’t care about! I refuse to delete my cat photos, honestly – just take the crap I don’t want. Technology. The Product of the Week this week is just body lotion – but it is, in my opinion, the best summer body lotion ever. It’s the Hempz Sensitive  Skin and honorable mention, Original flavours πŸ™‚ I say honorable mention because though the original works the same way – it has a weird scent that I am just not crazy for. I thought that I had purchased an expired bottle of the Sensitive Skin when I first applied it πŸ˜€ They have about 50 flavours (more like a dozen) and I have tried many of them but I always go back to the plain ones as they don’t interfere with my perfume, shampoo, etc as much as the others do. They have some very interesting combos though if you are interested in scented body lotion.

I love this lotion for summer as it is so lightweight and absorbs almost immediately, I don’t like feeling sticky when it is humid and I am probably already sweating. Gag. It is also surprisingly moisturizing for such a light product, I have the minis in my bag, at my desk and pretty much anywhere and everywhere that I might need some lotion. This moisturizer is formulated with 100% pure hemp seed oil, shea butter, oatmeal and not a whole lot else – fair warning it will spoil. There isn’t a lot in here keeping it preserved, I recommend purchasing some minis to see if you are going to like it before committing to the big bottle. I use about a large bottle in a month, meek – my skin needs constant hydration! It doesn’t irritate my skin, it doesn’t feel sticky or heavy and it keeps my skin balanced. It isn’t terribly costly and ULTA will put it on BOGO fairly often, which is when I purchase it. It’s just a simple moisturizer that does everything it says it will and that is why it is the product of the week πŸ™‚
