Another Wednesday, another reveal – I probably have used that opening before but there are only so many intros that one can use! Maybe I will make this the intro to every reveal because that wouldn’t be annoying! I wasn’t super enthused when I received my sneak peek but I was into the bag design and got over it. Then disaster struck, the entire mail room smelled like nail polish and I just knew it was my package. The nail polish wasn’t broken but the cap was twisted loose and it had leaked all over the bag contents. Luckily, the bulk of it did stay in the outer box but what a mess. Then, the eye-shadow which I was excited to get was totally pulverized! I have to say though that this bag was probably the best value with 4 full-sized products and a deluxe sample. The theme this month was Volume Up and here is what came in my bag:
NYX Whipped Lip & Cheek Souffle – I received Plush which is a cool, nude pink that is very lovely and not one that I already own. I like these, they are easy to use and have a very nice, blendable texture. They smell like vanilla cake, I could take or leave that.
skyn Iceland Glacial Face Wash – This is a restoring and balancing face wash that is supposed to soothe, detoxify and revitalize the complexion. I have not tried much from this brand but used it last night with the my cleansing brush and it is super sudsy, smelled lovely and was refreshing.
City Color Cosmetics Shimmer Shadow – I received the shade Cheers to Life and it looks so lovely and bronze and sparkly but I don’t dare open it yet! I have to figure out how to not make an enormous mess.
Skone Cosmetics Insanely Intense Tattooed Waterproof Eyeliner – Pass, not even opening. I cannot use regular liquid eyeliner, I can only imagine what a disaster I would make trying to use this.
Trust Fund Beauty Nail Polish – I received half a bottle of Game Changer 😛 This colour is just not for me – it is a neon coral.
That was it! I thought that this month’s bag was great overall and I love the cute bag 🙂
