Fall In – Lips Edition

No preamble today, you already know what is going on here ๐Ÿ˜‰ What do those memes mean, are they funny because literally nobody knows what’s going on? I am probably too old to get it. I have been going through my bins and getting out all of my favourite fall products, today I have a few of my best fall lip colours! I tried not to pick all Lime Crime lippies but honestly, they do the best berries, reds and auburns that I have ever tried. The Velvetine formula is hands down the most consistent formula that I have used whether you are wearing a nude or royal purple. Of course, there are lots of great brands out there and here are a few of my favs!

Raven is so good, it’s a plum shade that is surprisingly easy to wear.

Perhaps more suitable for a day time look if purple isn’t your thing, Pumpkin is a lovely burnt orange shade.

My final Lime Crime pick, Rustic which is a red brown – this is probably the only brown-toned lip colour that works for me and doesn’t wash me out.

Rebel Rose by Wet ‘n’ Wild can be worn in any season but I especially like it with a dark, smoked out eye. I have already raved about this formula, I think they retail for 4.99 and the wear is fantastic.

Beauty Bakerie’s Bubblegum Crisis is a pink-y terracotta shade that also looks nice with dark eyes. Another really nice, matte lip formula with excellent colour pay off that will last all day.

Man Bun is a vampy, brick-red – this is one of the patchier Lip Paints and I get the best results using a lip primer and lip brush but it is gorgeous on.

It wouldn’t be fall with this cult classic, Copenhagen by NYX.

Seduction is another favourite, it is just a nude with a brown undertone but it’s easy to wear and goes with pretty much anything.

Those are just aย few of my fall lip picks! Thanks for stopping by โค

  1. How do I only have 1 vampy color in my collection???!! Pumpkin is such a unique color but Lime Crime is not cruelty free so I can’t get it. I need a dupe!!!!

    • They were reinstated as being PETA and Leaping Bunny certified a few years ago. I’m pretty certain that they were certified vegan in 2012…? I know the brand gets a lot of hate but they are American made and not owned by a parent company that tests on animals. I’d recommend if you are looking for unique shades, their customer service has always been great!
