touch in Sol is a South Korean brand that was created to embody the vibe and energy of Seoul. Many of the ingredients are natural and skincare minded, the aesthetic is artsy and vibrant and the price points are extremely affordable. When I saw a couple of the products available at Sephora, I checked out their full site to see what else they had to offer. Turns out, they have loads of products and of course I wanted to try them all but settled on a few things. I chose a bottle of the No Poreblem Primer that is available at Sephora and their Advanced Real Moisture Foundation to try.
Both products come in pretty little frosted glass bottles with pumps and have a nice weight to them. The primer isn’t like other pore-filling products that I have tried. It has much more slip and isn’t a bit drying. It doesn’t have a scent that I can detect and even though it is a pretty pink hue, I don’t know that this does anything for the complexion. It does create a fabulously smooth canvas for makeup and does help to even the texture that I have on my cheeks. I have worn it under a few foundations and like the way that it wears throughout the day, it feels moisturizing but doesn’t make skin oily. This product retails at $18 for a little over an ounce and I love it.
I am also a fan of the Advanced Real Moisture Foundation, the lighter shade is a good match for my complexion and it feels really nice on my dry skin. The texture feels a bit like a face cream, the coverage is more than I was expecting from a moisturizing product and though I cannot call it long-wear, it makes it through a work day. I would recommend using a brush over a sponge, I definitely had to use more product with a sponge and wasn’t crazy about the finish. The finish is luminous and dewy, it makes my skin look plumped up and healthier than other foundation that I have used. This foundation also has an SPF 30 which is perfect for day wear. This foundation retails at $26 for a little over an ounce and has become a fast fave.
So far, this has been a great intro to the brand and I am definitely interested in checking out what else the brand has to offer. I am curious to see if any more of their products will become available in Sephora but shopping directly from their site was a great experience too! This brand is cruelty-free and I have been pleasantly surprised to find many K-Beauty brands are.
Have you tried the brand? Thanks for stopping by <3
