A friend of mine gave me this recipe a few years ago, I think it’s not only the easiest but also the best recipe I have ever tried. I am unsure of who she got it from but I definitely recommend! Especially if you also live somewhere stuck in perpetual winter and got 8 inches of snow today – mer, mer.
Combine all of your dry ingredients, cream your butter, sugar and eggs then fold the dry ingredients into this mixture. Chuck your chips in, just to combine – don’t over stir. I use a tablespoon measuring spoon to shape roundish dough balls and bake on 325 for 12-15 minutes.
