100+ Beauty Questions Tag: Part III

Here is the third and final part of the 100+ Beauty Tag, I really had a lot of fun doing this and would love to hear other’s responses so let me know if you do it!!

Super black and makes my lashes phat.

Architects Daughter Regular

Sure have and it was a waterproof mascara at that, it adhered to my eyeball and I had specks for most of the day – it makes me wonder what is in waterproof mascara?

Architects Daughter Regular

I have been loving gloss lately and do like to put some over lipstick, I think it is OK to be a little messier when wearing it this way.

Architects Daughter Regular

Both!

Architects Daughter Regular

It is a total treat product but I love the Caviar Anti-Frizz Blowout Butter.

Architects Daughter Regular

I do really like the accent nail trend so, yea!

Architects Daughter Regular

I have not, there is so much info available online now days and I like putting makeup on myself not other people. I would love to take a master class though, just for the experience.

Architects Daughter Regular

Uh, all brands? My makeup never stands up to eating, probably because I am a messy eater – I got mayo in my hair once and I don’t like to go out to eat because I just can’t handle it.

Architects Daughter Regular

Twice, morning and evening.

Architects Daughter Regular

Pond’s is and will always be my fave makeup remover, I drift away from it on occasion but tend to come back.

Architects Daughter Regular

Hmmmm…I feel mostly the same all of the time so it is hard to say. If I am sick or tired, putting on makeup can make me feel more polished, awake and energized but other than that – I feel mostly the same.

Architects Daughter Regular

I do, I have been using a creme shadow more recently but I do like a tacky base for shadows to adhere too.

Architects Daughter Regular

Not usually, makeup is just one of those things that can be pretty personal and you never know what is going to work for someone else. I prefer gift cards paired with one of my really loved products but that’s it.

Architects Daughter Regular

I actually have it, a tube of retro red Estee Lauder lipstick in the old packaging – I don’t use it because it’s really old but I’ll never toss it.

Architects Daughter Regular

I am wondering if this is like a whitening or bleaching cream? I don’t know how I feel about products like that, I have never used one but know that they are popular in some cultures.

Architects Daughter Regular

I don’t!

Architects Daughter Regular

Of course! I like a lot of natural brands but have to steer clear of essential oils.

Architects Daughter Regular

Ooohhh…currently, I am loving Innisfree which I had not tried until very recently but I am using a mineral primer and foundation by them and they are both crazy good. But, I am addicted to the Eye Contours and these are what I have been using for my eye makeup base or all on their own for low-maintenance looks.

Architects Daughter Regular

I don’t think that I own a single magazine currently…

Architects Daughter Regular

It doesn’t matter what anyone else is doing.

Putting creme over powder is not the end of the world.

It will take some time and experimenting to figure out what works best for you so have fun – there are no mistakes!

Architects Daughter Regular

Yes I do! But I also believe that brands are getting completely ridiculous with some of their formulations and ‘space age’ technology, I like simple yet effective products.

Architects Daughter Regular

Sunscreen in general tends to irritate my skin but there isn’t any one brand that bothers me that I can think of.

Architects Daughter Regular

Yup.

Architects Daughter Regular

Skincare! You can hide a lot of stuff with makeup but good skin definitely provides a better canvas for makeup which can suck if you struggle with annoying skin conditions.

Architects Daughter Regular

Primarily brushes but I also use sponges to blend out anything that it is looking funky.

Architects Daughter Regular

The RealTechniques concealer brush, it is small enough to use for touching up various areas.

Architects Daughter Regular

It wasn’t dye, it was the highlights that I had put in my hair a few months ago that still have not totally grown out. I was talked into trying ‘a few accent highlights’ and instead almost the whole top of my head was an orangey-blonde. If you were looking at me straight on, it looked like I had blonde hair – it looked totally bizarre, my hair felt super crunchy and I will never do anything like that again.

Architects Daughter Regular

I will try anything but I think my most flattering eyeshadow color would be taupe shades.

Architects Daughter Regular

I would like to think that I am somewhere in between, I wear a lot of makeup but not super glam.

Architects Daughter Regular

I will use pots but I don’t love them and liquid eyeliner is my nemesis.

Architects Daughter Regular

Loose, pressed – can’t use them, I prefer to start sheer and build rather than pack and blend.

Architects Daughter Regular

I really like the look of a warm orange eye with blue packed over the lid, I think it’s lovely.

Architects Daughter Regular

Probably Sephora VIB sales because shit never goes on sale there otherwise.

That’s it! If you missed any parts in the series, you can check them out here:
