The Boho Chic makeover is complete, or at least to the point that I am actually loving it without having gone overboard. I had plans for more wall art but it’s funny how small a room can feel once you get it filled with new things and I am holding off for now. Here’s a peek at my little sanctuary, enjoy <3
I went with a low-profile, metal frame that I found on Amazon and I am loving it. I didn’t want something that took up a lot of wall space but I wasn’t loving the mattress being directly on the floor, this definitely did the trick. The moon phase wall art was an Urban outfitters pick-up, as was the dreamy fleece throw. The sheets and bedspread were IKEA picks, they are so soft and the perfect weight, definitely worth the 20 bucks!
The ‘bed-side necessities’ pouf, I owned this and the metal tray already and both were Target pick-ups from a few seasons ago.
The beige and gold pillows were Home Goods pick-ups from a couple of years ago, the super minimalist table is also from Urban Outfitters.
I purchased a second side table because they were on sale and I had this empty corner, the prints were Amazon finds – can you believe that?! I find this air intake vent super annoying because I cannot put anything in front of it and it takes up such a large portion of wall but I guess it’s worth it for central air. Question, what do people do with their Glade when taking photos?
The candle holders and bins are more Home Goods finds, they always have such fun stuff. The lamp is from Target, it doesn’t totally go with the room’s vibe but it has the gold accents that I felt fit.
View from the bed, look at that freaking vent.
The super adorable moon phase mirror was also from Urban Outfitters, I don’t know what to put on the pegs yet! That’s the room so far, I tried to keep it bright and neutral and I am liking the feel of it. I don’t know if I am going to add more wall decor, there’s still quite a lot of white space but I like how open it feels at the moment. Let me know what you think!
