You guys, I finally did it – I am treating myself to eyelash extensions and while I have done it once before I’m still scared that my eyelashes are going to fall out! As soon as I scheduled the appointment, I started watching videos of horrific experiences because I just love doing things like that. I’m actually really stressed out about not being able to cry for 48-hours, I’m not much of a crier but watch this be the weekend that I start being one 😀 I’ll be sure to share my experience, unless I go bald then I won’t but also, I probably will.
I generally enjoy most carols unless they are like those rock remixes: Metallica, Enter Sandman, The Christmas Remix. I can’t with all of that, I don’t even really enjoy the Mariah Carey Christmas albums. Anyway, I think my favorite song would have to be O Holy Night, the really dramatic choir versions where you just start bawling your eyes out.
I enjoy the feeling of the season, the world looks a little brighter and seems a little more friendly. I love seeing all of the houses and businesses decorated and lit up on those subzero nights, the giving, the since of well-being. I am definitely one of those people who gets really sad too when it’s all over and time to pack away the decorations and lights. But we have some time before that yet!
Snow! Lots and lots of snow, although, big storms have become less fun since I have been an adult and have to shovel it and drive in it. I do love a white Christmas though, even better when it’s coming down on Christmas morning.
Probably anywhere in Europe where they have those cute Christmas villages! But I would settle for New York; ice skating in Central Park, 5th Avenue Christmas displays, mass in one of those gorgeous historical churches.
It depends, I have done both but don’t really have a strong preference. Traveling on Christmas Eve is nuts so I definitely recommend getting to wherever you are going early.
For 24-48 hours, my faith in humanity is restored. But in all seriousness, you can’t help but feel a little more good-willed towards your fellow man during the Christmas season.
Sometime between Halloween and Thanksgiving, usually because my apartment looks so bare when I take all of my Halloween decor down and I start jonesing to get the tree up. If it snows early, then I get in the mood immediately.
Usually local at my place or with friends.
Yours truly 😀
Peace on Earth – hear me out, to me this means that anyone suffering or ill would be healed, wars would end, all of the dictators would be stricken with mysterious illnesses. It’s an all-encompassing wish 🙂
That’s a wrap for this Christmas Tag, I hope you enjoyed 🙂 If you would like to do this one, you can find the entire list of questions here!
